According to TV carriers, it doesnt mean much. I'll keep looking but not much hope.

GolTV carried it in the last round; I'm HOPING that DirecTV will be a vehicle or something. In any event, it's a 3:05 kick off [remember 1505s, 'fog?] Eastern, and there's no double shift, so if you're watching in a pub, you'll be next to Liverpool fans.

I'm hoping that the "bug" that cost us Zamora and Murphy on Saturday is clear of the clubhouse and we can provide a full-strength side. If Dempsey is fit enough for another start so soon, what think y'all to putting Simon Davies in at RB from the beginning? Just a thought.

As timmyg, Dan Crawford [HammyEnd], and I diwscussed in timmyg's recent podcast, we really want two things out of this leg:

    1. two goals for The Whites
    2. a clean sheet.

We are the better team and anything less than a 2+ goal win is unacceptable. This is the first time that we're supposed to go through, let's not screw up this opportunity to reach and European semi final.

    Hi Guys,

Im living in England but will be in New York for the return leg in Wolfsburg. Can anyone help me out and let me know a pub that will show these games? Im guessing they will both be shown on the same Channel (directv channel 463).

Thanks in advance for any help.

Nevada Smith's seems to be the venue of choice in Manhattan. Also, check out the "Pub Guid" on the "FulhamUSA Features" section in the left hand column of this page.

Okay... I'll put it down for DirecTV. But I'm not responsible. Previously, Livesoccertv had them listed.

    Don:
    Get effin serious!!!!
Screw that!, I aint parsing five effing minutes!!!
I DID verify BDT {time diff} for the listing, that's enough.

A very strange month will be over by the time they kickoff. March saw the team have an awful record of 1-5-1, but the one win was Juve. The one draw was arguably the most damaging result since it was the nil-nil Spurs FA cup match at home. The 3 league matches could be explained by; Old Trafford, Juve hangover, and Wolfsburg pre-partying.

The team will be as rested as possible after the number of games they've played. Bottom-line is the team and fans need to rise to occasion.

Huh? I just asked you if you remembered 1505s. I guess not.

I've tried not to read too much into the recent dip in form. With the additional rest for several key (older) players, this game will tell if there's cause for concern or not. I'm betting not and will say we win 2-1, leaving us sweating out the 2nd leg...as usual. COYW!

Have no fear Andy! If you can manage to wait until 8pm or so, the entire game goes up on UEFA's video site. For only $2 you can watch the whole game. It's a good deal and good quality.

Oh, right, the only thing important left in our season. COYW!

All great points, Joe, but I'll take the results. The boys have looked seriously hungover on a few occasions. But March 2010 will forever remebered for Dempsey scoring the goal of a lifetime (to date) to beat Juve. Wolfsburg just had their best season ever in 2009, and fared pretty well in the CL. I hope we take them every bit as serious as Juve.

Put on no airs, this will be a tough match. However, Fulham will win. Whether the Whites concede an away goal will be the deciding factor.

Still, pinch me, because Fulham is playing the Bundesliga CHAMPIONS in the Uefauropa League final 8.

Nev, size DOES matter in the avatar arena. Please to reduce the size of your package to a size that won't intimidate the GOP. Thanks.

Now THIS made my Wednesday morning quite a bit brighter:

Get well soon, Edin. April 9th sounds about right!

The comment about Dzeko is funny.

I start spring break tomorrow. I am blazing out of school as soon as I can, and hope to be home for kickoff, searching for a feed with the masses.

I want a full strength side, guessing on the lineup that we put out for Hull I'm pretty sure Woy is thinking just that.

I heard that The Incredible Bobby Z left training early yesterday because of illness, but I'm hoping he'll be there.

FulhamAg and I will be at the pub tomorrow. Who else?

    Robot roll call, y'all!

OK, the lack of other TV options has sealed my decision. I'm just going to have to skip out of work for a couple of hours tomorrow afternoon and go watch this at Nevada Smith's.
