DAVOS divots

Every so often, the movers and shakers of the western world meet at a seminar called 'Davos', named for the site of the World Economic Forum. You can look it up on wiki if you want.

They address many critical problems of modern society. Which is of course, their right and duty as modern educated and informed thought leaders.

This year on of the forums may actually have tried to address a real problem that the internet poses:

How do you quell the tendency of net subscribers to go anywhere they want.. such as pedo porn sites, and say anything they want.. like in a blog.

A Microsoft Corporate genius suggests Internet User Licensing.
Yeah, what could go wrong with that!
Control freaks want web licences..
