    Spare having you think about who you vote for and 'unintended consequences' of what they do, you mean.

    The point goes back to an old one: Progressives assured American voters that Roe v Wade wouldnt result in infanticide. It did.

    The state legislators in this article refused to do anything to correct the unintended consequence for fear of alienating 'Progressive' Voters.

    That my friend is called a 'slippery slope'. When a slippery slope issue hits YOUR sensibilities or purse, THEN are you going to claim "I DIDN'T KNOW...."?
