No, not H1N1, just the run of the mill kind you get from having a three year old in the house and teaching a bunch of 6th-8th graders.

I missed the last day I am allowed to miss for student teaching before I have to make up days, which is not really a big deal, it's just something I don't want to do. All I've done since Thurs. evening is sleep and, well, not much else. I feel like a train hit me.

I found last year's visit to the Cottage by my second favorite team, the Toon, on DVR last night, and watched about 70 minutes of it in bed. That was the game where their fool of a center back, Cacapa, tried to head a cross by Bullard out of the box and headed it right into their other fantastic center back, Coloccini. The ball landed right at AJ's feet and he slotted it home easily. The Toon equalized, and then Mr All-World, Coloccini, gave away a fantastically stupid penalty and Murphy put us back ahead 2-1. Can't beat watching the Ws whip the Toon, even if it was last year. So, at least some good came of all this.

Ugh, I'm going back to bed.

Ah.. well, I commiserate. There has been a LOT of 'flu-like' misery around central ohio for last 6 weeks. Whether it's swine or regular, no one really knows... only the seriously ill get diagnosed and most H1N1 cases dont get really ill. It's just like any other flu in that regard.
Everyone's immune system reflects their past experience and current sensitivities.

Get better soon.. or NOW, whichever.
