Associated Press has decided there is no such thing as 'Fair Use' on the internet... even resulting from google/yahoo searches which link to its articles.

This, however, is why I counsel you guys dont post long copy/pastes from other sources. And nothing from AP.

Just to make it clear... remember that the music industry made a point of going after the little guys. Makes a better example and the little target doesnt have the money for high price lawyers.
