Danny Murphy scored on a free kick from 25 yards out to put Fulham up 1-0 after 15 minutes. That would be the score at the half. Pascal Zuberbuhler gave up two goals late (80th & 86th).

I was going to follow this via Fulham's twitter account but got my time zones all messed up.

    Starting XI

    Keeper: Schwarzer

Defenders: Kalio, Smalling, Pantsil & Stoor

Midfield: Seol, Andranik, Murphy & Gera

    Forwards: Zamora & Nevland

Highlights, if you can call them that.

Nice fruity accent on the part of the presenter.

Hey, shouldn't this be in "2009-2010 Matches?" Shouldn't there be a category labeled "2009-2010 matches?"

    Just askin'

I'd say Zuberbuhler had a legitimate interference gripe on Gold Coast's first goal. But really, it's a preseason friendly, so who cares?

That was a sick free kick from Murphy. Hopefully he'll be in good form at the start of the season to compliment all the big name transfers we've brought in....

...I mean that we're 'going' to bring in. :?

This tour is really quite important for Fulham if they want to advance in the Europa League at all. Anyone else get the sense that Roy is content with the squad and plans to make no significant (i.e. starting XI) additions?

I liked what I was seeing from 'Turbo' Pascal before that last goal...

I think there will be several more additions. Astute Roy does his homework in the transfer market and those players he's targeted are for sure getting an extra look see. I'm thinking that you'll start to see some serious activity after the 15th when we return from da Land down Unda

At first glance, I'd say it GCU player a little Hand of God in him. Hard to tell from that angle, though.
