    According to an unimpeachable -- and very tall, very bald -- source, here's some key dates:

    Premier League fixtures release date: Wednesday 17th June, 10:00am. [London time]

    Community Shield 9th August 2009

    Premier League season starts 15th August 2009

    Prepare to begin making your travel arrangements in about a month. Bear in mind that match days will switch from Saturday to Sunday to Monday, so if you're planning to travel for a specific match, be sure to be in town for all three days.
