Obama and Colombia Getting It Right

    Marxist thugs 0-1 Colombia
I've got no illusions that this is a slam dunk make-up for what should have happened two years ago but was blocked by the Congressional Leftist power cadre.. they'll still try to abort it. Sometimes, though, 'Fate' has a way of making it obvious when looking at any issue and fate, plus excellent Colombian security operations, have totally demolished FARC as an 'entity that must be considered and dealt with'.

Of course Obama advisors and congressional marxists will try to insert amnesty for the FARC remnants and some union marxist thugs will be given passes as a condition of the treaty, that's to be expected. It's how it's implemented that is the key.
Uribe seems to be one smart guy and you have to think he'll be able to contain the meddling, while finally rewarding the best friend the US has in the region.

There aint a damn bit of difference in the end and you know it... Marxist theology has recognized that state control is better than state operation.

And of course, I meant a few and their 'go-along' bunch. You want me to dredge up the links, again, so you can waffle on them?

Let me make it perfectly clear... you do the best with who and what you got. There was one positive result of the South American Apology tour and I gave props... WTF is your problem. You got a problem with a treaty with Colombia? Let's hear it.

No, I have a problem with you throwing around Marxist and Communist and Socialist and Fascist when you have proven over and over again, that you don't know what you're talking about when you use them.

You know what..how about you PROVE I dont know what I'm talking about!

Define them. High level is fine... just enough to disprove me.

I'm talking about statist control of finance and industry. Best known as National Socialism. Just like is actually practiced in 'Marxist' China.
Curtailment and dampening of free dissent speech.

And BTW!!! Do you have a view on the Colombian issue or not? Why the fuck is every damn political thing I write nit-picked and yet we STILL dont have the slightest clue which dog you have in the hunt.

It's like I say That German Shepherd has fleas and you argue he's an Alsation.

Well, well. In other hemi-political issues, seems something in the new policy toward Cuber got by me:

Obama mainly only rescinded the Dubya ploy!

In other words, the only real difference is that the families can more easily subsidize their imprisoned relatives. Castro can yank their chains anytime he wants. If access across the gulf were free and easy, thousands of yanks would rush in for the cheap good times and Castro really wouldnt want that. Too much like Batista days.
Speakin of.. WTF arent the Brits and Canucks taking up the slack? What is wrong with you people!

OTOH: It's good to see a reporter who uses his head for something other than an ass-sniffer. Of course the article is in "Reason"
