Mr. Zamora claiming that players do not get on with Jol.

Kinda interesting, goes along a little bit with Etuhu tweeted. But then again why would Petric and Berbatov come here if they didn't get along with Jol?

When Jol was at Spurs there were rumors of spats with Berbatov, hence the "I would rather die than sell Dimitar" statement Jol issued. As said, this is consistent with what Etuhu tweeted and it is consistent with the fact that Dempsey thanked the Fulham fans and Mo when he left, with no mention of Jol. Also is consistent with Dempsey's statement that he liked playing for Hughes because he treated all the players fairly (although that could just as likely be a comparison to Roy, or Klinsmann  )

I dont think there is much doubt that some of the players have had issues with Jol, but all that really matters is if it had anything to do with them leaving. I'm not sure it did in any of the cases other than maybe Zamora.

Of course, this IS the only instance of a successful season highlighted by the players not caring for management.

    Who loves his boss? Silly.

And I'm certain no one ever left Old Trafford because they didn't get on with Sir Alex.

    Please.

Couldn't be that Bobby Z not getting an extension had something to do w/his bad attitude? So glad Fulham was able to mug the HaHa's out of $5 million pounds for his services.

"When the ball hits your head
And you sit in Row Zed . . .
    That's Zamora!!!!"

Had one great season (at Fulham with Sir Woy) and then called for England.

Now, apparently, the manager is supposed to be BFF with the players.

Now that he's back with his buddy Sparky, will he do well and get called up again? Mebbe, but I doubt it.
