I need to use a cell phone for about a week while in London?

Could anyone suggest viable options?

Based on my viewing of 'the Bourne Ultimatum', it appears that pre-paid cell phones are fairly ubiquitous in London. I would think you can pick them up at any Airport, train station or a store.

 

Based on my viewing of the last 90 seconds 'Benihana Christmas' episode of "The Office," they are also quite disposable.

Does anyone have experience with a particular brand or know of any plans pricing plans that are somewhat palatable?
