You can only hope you were as thoughtful in her eyes!

..and/or she has a grip on the reality of the male condition.

    Preferably both.

    Merry Christmas!

..and don't shoot your eye out!

She definitely is a keeper. I was unable to wear it during todays match as I was at work, but plan on wearing it Sunday morning.

Now I have to plan a trip to the Cottage so I can replace my avatar pic with me wearing the kit instead of the FFC tee. As much as she loves England I am sure she will not mind that trip.

You got a great one there Jimsig!!

I have a similar story. I had told my wife about getting a kit back in the summer time...i really didn't care which one although my wife said this years away kit looked the best. She told my mother-in-law about it and my mother-in-law had a contact in London she spoke with often. Turns out he is a Fulham fan and so under my christmas tree was a personalized away kit along with several game programs and a 09 Fulham calendar. I was blown away....just like Jimsig....now all I have to do is get over to the Cottage for a game and get some cool pics!!

    COYW!!!!

You know what that means . . . your wife is going to have to buy you a new kit everytime we play Chelsea at home.

I can agree with that. I am still kicking myself I did not get last years (07-08) away kit. Maybe a X-Large will will pop up on ebay at some point.
