Chelsea can go clear if it means a Fulham win. We will just have to take the points from Chelsea later to even things up!

I would believe that fulham has a shot here. Liverpool is at the top of the table, but I have not been overly impressed with their play. Yes they are good, but I do not think they are 'that' good.

Regardless of all that, you would have to think that this is the perfect time for the boys to have this match. Liverpool is not at full strength, and there are a few players who are not in their usual form.

Couldn't agree more with the notion of "why not us".

    I dont see why not.
Depends on catching them off guard and demoralizing them with a couple quick goals.

I dont count MI out at the shoe... no matter how lousy they been playing.

And from all accounts, FFC is much more better than MI

For any St. Louisans who might care to join me, I'll be catching the second half at Tigin downtown.

I'll be in the chatroom, listening to GJ and hoping for the best.

Props to Nevzter, Meggrs, and MisfitKid: remembering our get-together last November at the Kezar! Fun times.

How could I ever forget? It was a fine time, indeed.

I see a point taken at Anfield.

The S.F. crew needs another get together, and earlier this year I mentioned to the locals that I would arrange one - then stuff happened...i hope to have the SF / NorCal crew formed like voltron in the new year.

1-0 upset to Fulham. Fulham matches up well with them, I think.

A point at Anfield!!! deserves at least one...

Sadly the chatroom went down for the vast majority, but a few of us got back on there for the last minute plus stoppage. I'll leave it to the others who were able listen and see the match, but from the sounds of it we have to be proud of the effort.

I thought we gave better than we got in the first half and survived the second half. Obviously the difference was the chat room going down and the lack if FUSA love to the boys.

Sounded like 60-40 to us in the first half and all hands to the pump in the second half. The Big Aussie saved our bacon, but a loss would have been unfair.

Best thing for me? We quited the Kop down so much I could actually hear our travelers on 3 or 4 occasions.

Great point! We're in 9th now and won't leave that spot by the end of the weekend.

What a fine time for the site and gamecast to go down/lock up - With a nil nil draw, and the lads at Anfield.

Great to see us get a result. I saw earlier, Fulham haven't won anything at Anfield since 1934, so I'm ecstatic to get any points at all. Sounds like following the second half was like weathering a constant barrage....nice to see us not let in the late goal as we have all too often in the past.

I'm really starting to believe we're going to stay above the relegation fray this time. :wow:
