I will be in Indy this weekend so no chatroom or probably even match viewing for me. I really don't know what to make of Everton this year so far. I look at Everton on paper and they appear to be a very solid squad. However the two times I have watched them play they have looked poor. I am expecting a close match with the odd goal making the difference either way.

    COYW's!

Apparently understanding why badge kissing is offensive has evaded me.

Here's to hoping the boys come home with at least a point.

When Rooney kissed the ManU badge in front of all the Everton fans it was kind of tactless in my opinion. For me it was the large amount of attitude he did it with that was tactless and not the act of kissing the badge itself. He almost looked like he was saying he was too good for Everton now rather than it being a salute to the ManU fans. Sometimes it is the manner in which things are done and not the act itself that is abrasive.

I think Rooney just ruined it for everyone else. Nobody would have noticed much otherwise.

Let's do the math....We're on the road + We're at Everton (where we never win) = It doesn't look good. But I'm not very good at math and let's hope the boys aren't either.
There's no way Gera will continue to hit the post and send those sitters into the cheap seats. With Dempsey working hard to take his spot, I think he gets it going. Maybe we'll catch a break and Cahill and Osman miss out, but I think we still only get a point (2-2).

Hi kids! Sorry I've been MIA lately.

Hard for me to see three points coming from this one, but I'll be with the rest of the NYC folks cheering on the lads. One comment: I know Woy likes to stick with the same XI, but with 3 games in one week, I'd like to see Woy work in a little squad wotation...

Any links to this match? Cox effing cable in Ohio does not offer Setanta and "The Pub" down the street only opens for Manure games.

This was posted by someone else on the board and seems to work well. Seems only about 1 minute delay from live Setanta. I am watching Setanta live on DirecTV and have this going at the same time. You need to download a small viewer.

They really deserved at least a point. Good performance by Fulham sans giving up the late goal. We have two games in a row where we should be able to pick up at least 4 points. The boys should feel good after that performance.

    Chris Baird??

Can someone in God's green Earth please tell me why Bullard was swapped for Baird?

The only player worse in the Premiership is Titus Bramble.

Also, way to wait until the 89th minute to make your final substitutions, Roy. Dempsey should have been in at around the 70th minute.

    Awful.

Hodgson has no one to blame for this loss but himself.

Gus Hiddink is the best tactician in football; Hodgson is the worst.

    today

After 55 years of following Fulham I give up, I am so tired of supporting a third rate team.

How many goals have we given up in the last 10 minutes this year, how long is RH going to persist with the same underperforming players, if I was at work and I did the equivelant of missing a header from 5 yards, I would be reprimanded.

These guys get paid really good money to score these very goals, I keep reading on the web sites how this player dont defend or tackle, get real its not our defending that sucks (bar the last 10 minutes) its our total inability to create chances, and when we do somehow get a chance our great ability to miss them.

I have a message for Clint Dempsey, for your own good leave this team, RH dont want you that much is obvious, you could come on in the last 10 minutes and score a hat trick this man will leave you out next week to play his guys.

Fellow Fulham supporters, this team is in real trouble, we are not playing any better than last year, we have not won again away from home, we have had a our chances, and please, please dont even think we will get anything out of the next two games, Spurs will beat us soundly at home, and we will struggle with Newcastle, until RH concedes the obvious watching this lot will be as it as the first part of the season utterly boring, and quite honestly relegation will be good for me they will at least win a few.

Yes I will be hounded for that remark, but what is the point, escape so we can come back again next year and fight off relegation all over again, I dont see the point in that, if you go to the games you want to be entertained, and for Fulham to win, in the premier with this set up you are not seeing much of either.

I just checked the scores from the other games, and By Monday night we will be well and truly in it.

A very long time fan and a very upset one after today.
