Really? My DTV guide showed WBA, hopefully you're right.

Is this the Setanta Xtra that is only available to business customers? I just switched to Directv last week, so I have no clue how this stuff works yet.

I am just guessing but I would think that since Setanta contols the broadcast that their schedule would be the more accurate of the two.

The line up looks good Mikey. I just wonder, if the new pairing up front will be available....Bobby Z appears to have a bit of a knee knock. It'll be a late fitness check, but I think he'll still be in there. He can't miss on AJ's first start and I'm sure he'll be working hard to get the start. Let's hope they partner well.
I see us putting them away with a late goal from Nevland off the bench - (2-0).

    Sixth Place!

After today's win, we're in 6th place. (Villa is playing Spurs on Monday, and if they win, we fall to seventh, but still that's great.

good one, hakeon. Aside from a reversion to last season's "exciting last 10 minutes," we pretty much claled the tune the whole day. It'd been nice to convert some of those chances, but ... .

BRING 'EM ALL ON. WE'LL DEAL WITH 'EM ONE AT A TIME!

No TV coverage, bah. Apparently DirecTV had a problem getting the feed from Setanta so they showed the WBA - West Ham match instead, but seeing West Ham lose was nice at least, and we got the goal flashes on the Setanta coverage of the Arse. Their fans certainly were more vocal than they were last time, I wonder why they were so quiet two weeks ago. :D

    From the BBC live-text:

And from the BBC game write-up:

Nice reviews of the team's play today. From all accounts, the AJ/Zamora pairing really clicked. Sounds like it would have been a fun game to watch for Fulham fans. 3 matches, 2 wins, great job.

I missed the game and chatroom due to family obligations .. but...

A great beginning to a hopefully perfect day as I wait to see how the Crew and Buckeyes do this evening.

Excellent that Setanta will show it on re-play. Though, I will be unhappy if it's going to be WBA-West Ham again. It was a good game, but it's not Fulham, so forget that noise.

It is heartening to read that the team not only won but seemed to have played well doing so. For the past two seasons, it's been a matter of just getting a win and it's good regardless of how. That they are passing well and having what looks to be a good duo up front is icing on an already delicious cake.

Great news! Were above 500, can't remember when the last time that was the case.

Unfortunately when I woke up this morning to get the audio and head to the chat room the internet was schizophrenic and ultimately unusable, which considering when you have to wake up to catch a game out here is quite annoying. Its alright though we won!

    Anyone come across any highlights?

    SWEET!

I am out of town for the weekend in small-town OH, where there was no place to watch the game even if it was on -- congratulations to the Ws for putting the ugliest ball in the league away! (Or at least one of them.)

I also had to laugh -- Hull 2, Newcastle 1?!?
    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
The Toon are a complete embarrassment!!

As good a performance as we've had in recent years, the only downer was that we couldn't make more out of our many, many chances. Saw a lot of very encouraging signs, though. The strike partnership with AJ and Bobby looked really effective.

If the season ended today, we'd be in Europe!

    Bolton

I was going to watch the game at 5.45pm EST, my guide said Fulham V Bolton, then guess what, they are showing a repeat of Man U Liverpool, my wife thinks I am paranoid about the way the media treat Fulham, but this is just another one of those times.

    Re: Bolton

I hear ya Atlanta, we planned our day around the 5:45 showing. Showed up at the pub 6 min before the game and the TV listing still said Fulham - Bolton, but then ManU - Liverpool game came on. It's one thing to eat crappy pub food for Fulham, but I'm not too happy about doing it for ManUre. Setanta will hear from me. Not that I dont appreciate them, but I think they deserve some grief for this. They will rebroadcast at 8am on Monday - a lot of good that does me.

    At least the White won!
