^^^ Can't access the link at work ... a quick recap perhaps?

As for McCain last night ... maybe everyone expected too much or I just expected too little, but I was actually farily impressed.

Rove, O'Reilly, Dick Morris and a female adviser to McCain caught talking out of both sides of their mouth. Rove's was for slighting a dem veep candidate's mayoral experience (small town, not relevant) then trumpeting Palin's mayoral experience. O'Reilly saying Bristol Palin's situation is personal, then ripping on Jamie Spears and her parents. And Dick Morris and the advisor on downplaying gender bias when discussing Hillary Clinton, then reversing field with regard to Palin.

Good stuff. I'd imagine with all the pundits out there, pulling clips like that is as easy as shooting fish in a barrel.

Oh, god, everyone needs to shut up about Sarah Palin. No, seriously.

I had never heard of her until a week ago. Now, I never want to hear about her and her family and her daughter's baby ever again.

The Republicans haven't flip-flopped about abortion, right to life, and all that stuff.

Instead, they picked up some (rather heinous but) utterly ridiculous comments on the DailyKos and US Weekly about Palin's daughter's baby allegedly being from some aide (or whatever the hell it was) which all the cable outlets picked it up because they report drivel, and not actual news. So then the Republicans point to the "MSM's bias" and the "hatchet job" on Palin's family.

To which Dems, Jon Stewart, et al, say "See, Republicans are hypocrites!"

As the past week has exemplified, this election is going to suck.
