Makes me glad that President Clinton's first act upon getting into the White House was cancelliing funding of the Texas version of that. I still remember fondly the letter to the editor bemoaning the fact that taxpayers would still be responsible for paying off some of the contracts: "I don't think the taxpayers should pay. I think the government should." Not even Jon Stewart could have written one better.
