    Here's mine, w/comments:

    Note:

EPL league one in positions 1-4
    EPL L2 from 5-10
    EPL L3 from 11-15
    EPL L4 FROM 16-20

    1. Liverpool -- 3rd Straight season I've picked them. This time for sure.
    2. Man Utd -- Slow start without Ronaldo and Rooney; they'll never catch up
    3. Arsenal -- Keeping Adebayor was the key
    4. Chelsea -- Drogba hurt, Fat Frank unmotivated, many key players are OLD
    5. Aston Villa -- The top club of the next four because of ownership/management
    6. Portsmouth -- A fixture in Europe
    7. Newcastle -- King Kev turns them around
    8. Everton -- NO improvements this summer that I can tell
    9. Man City -- would have done a bit better with SGE, but Mark Hughes is my man
    10. Tottenham -- not this season. Too many players out and in to play up to their overall squad talent. Watch out in 09-10
    11. Sunderland -- Keane will do well this season, wear out his welcome, and managing elsewhere by January 2010
    12. Fulham -- Quality, consistency, and lack of injuries.
    13. West Brom -- better than about 8 EPL sides last season [including us]
    14. Blackburn -- loss of Hughes, Friedel, and Bentley will hurt; and so will having Robinson in goal
    15. Middlesboro -- not a poor side; not a poor gaffer
    16. Wigan -- best of the bottom 5 because of their manager
    17. Bolton -- may be 18th to West Ham's 17th, but I hope not
    18. West Ham -- fire sale this summer; overall guarding the purse strings with a yard dog; financial wheeler-dealer as their owner. I see a season full of discontent, upheaval, and internal strife. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch.
    19. Stoke City -- Could be a surprise 17th, but I doubt it
    20. Hull City -- probably 9th place CCC quality with the squad they have.

Tie-breaker: Chelsea over Man U in the FA Cup

Oh, and Martin, you still have Reading and Brummie in your league table, mate!

I am going out on a limb with Villa, but I think they are starting to get their act together with an even balance between defense and attack.
