AVG Free antivirus expires

    Version 7, that is.

    If you use it and click on upgrade notification, you might be under the impression you have to buy the ver 8 upgrade.

    If you search google, you can find free version 8 at CNet.

    AVG Free ver 8 supports Win2000 Pro {sp4 with full MS upgrade}, XP, and Vista.

    see below: tks, redcoat. My eyes must be worse than I thought.

    When you click on the upgrade just be careful to look for the free upgrade link at the bottom in small unassuming text.
