Does this mean we've got official supporters club recognition there?

It's easily done, we just need to get it together. Maybe Mike can offer him a logo on our behalf. Jack is great at producing good blurbs, and he knows us so it's no big deal.

I really want us to get a more solid NYC network together too, if possible. If anyone has any suggestions, offer them up. Doesn't seem like our usual postings are doing a whole lot for some of the fringe fans that don't even know we exist.

I've got a different question. Does this mean we won't get shut out like some of us did on Sunday?

That is great news, a little of of PR won't hurt, even it if it is from a Manure fan. :)

With that said, Josh asked me about gettin a signed kit to put up and and I will see if I can get my hands on one to send to you guys or bring with me. Or maybe even one of the a FulhamUSA shirts framed or something.

As for a logo, we can use a FulhamUSA logo and I can get one of the creative guys to add NY Cottagers. Let me know.

I'm not sure if Jack would put up a t-shirt as the walls are filled with kits. Honestly, I'd be game to go get one signed on a pilgrimage next year. I have an extra home shirt I'm not utilizing.

Also, I wonder if there is a stronger alternative to "cottagers" . . "The New York Whites", "Whites of NYC", "NYC's Blawhite Army", something along those lines. Its not just the alternate meaning of "Cottagers", it sort of sounds like we're baking muffins in our spare time or something.

    Maybe its just me...

Of course, New York Whites sounds a bit... ethnically exclusive?

If the Scotland supporters can be the "Tartan Army NYC" then I don't see why we couldn't be the "New York Blawhite Army" or "Black and White Army NYC" or something along those lines.

Or we could just call ourselves the Brian McBride Fan Club. :D

Regarding Sunday, the issue wasn't so much that the place was crowded overall as that they were letting more ManU and Chelsea fans in to watch downstairs WHILE they were shutting us out.

Right. If they had room downstairs, why couldn't they have put ONE of the downstairs TVs on the Fulham match and let us in? After all, we're there more than all the bandwagoners who packed the place on Sunday to watch their first Man U game of the season. Must say, I was not pleased.

Haha, I didn't even think of that. *sigh*

I like the former just because insiders understand it. It's part of the fan identity.

    fixed!

I completely agree, but they did have a lot of other fans to accommodate. I don't hold it against them. Next year, we get there an hour prior to kick off and have a meat pie or something.

I wouldn't mind the NY McHeads; but that'd be more suggestive than Cottager :). I got no issue with NY Cottagers, but NY or Tri-State (get in you NJs, LIs and Penns!) Blawhite Army would be OK too. If you want to really shoehorn FulhamUSA in there, why not Fulham USA: NY Division?

Sunday was an experience wherein I and the 15 people crammed around me wished I didn't have a cold. Still, we only need one screen and we saw it happen. Next time, I'll show up earlier than 30 minutes before gametime.

Fixed. Cool, well . . if you want to watch with fellow human fans, feel free to join us at Nevada's sometime. ;) We have a solid crew of guys out there every match, watching and singing. Always looking to grow the number.

Mike, can you get us a hi-res logo to send to Jack? Doesn't need any extra stuff on it - the logo on the top left of the page would be perfect.

I've been sort of MIA lately, but if this is still in the works, my vote would definitely be for FulhamUSA: NYC Chapter or the like.

I'll see if I can throw a FUSA Logo with 'NYC' or 'New York City' together and forward on to you Geoff.
