Battlestar Galactica: The Phenomenon

Those who skim cable channels probably noticed this self-congratulatory overwrought attempt at explaining the BG 'cult'. It's pretty obvious that there's a lot of first rate writing on the show.. but the very traits that the staff trumpet on this turned me off BG. Unlike the Stargate series, there's too many convolutions .. reminding me of when we played cops/robbers and cowboys/indians as a kid.

And even a small exposure to the gratuitous use of 'Frakking' in every third sentence makes me want to puke.

I get emails on stuff like this from AT&T all the time because I'm a DSL customer. I understand that some people like portals {Home Pages} but I've been online a long time and I prefer to put category folders on my Firefox toolbar, instead. My 'HomePage' is.. FulhamUSA, of course.

At least Yahoo's not as 'cultlike as AOL tried to become.
