I don't see him leaving London, quite honestly. His youngsters are probably pretty well settled, and I think he and the missus will be reticent to uproot them, a la the Becks in L.A.

Agreed. Maybe he is a Gooner come Aug but would be shocked if he leaves.

I read somewhere that Dempsey was pushing Fulham for a 4 yr deal. I'd love to see that happen. If he goes, I really only see the Gooners or Spurs as options.

As some have suggested, I dont think a move is around the corner. We can see that Jol is taking his time, and I wouldnt be surprised if another couple weeks went by with NOTHING happening. of course, this is excruciating waiting this whole thing out, but i think it's draw out longer than we all had hoped.

Apparently the Mirror thinks Dempsey is gone to Liverpool for £7.5m.

If that happens, then he will become my most hated player in any sport. It's because he's after a big payday and couldn't give a toss about Champions League football.

If Dempsey goes to Liverpool I will be sick. I dont know what that will mean in terms of seeing him in a red, white and blue uni because I know I will still feel sick. Please Demps NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont degrade yourself in this way.

His name was on the bottom of a list without a BPL logo next to it. On the Pool site that would mean he was loaned out so confirmed fake. Funny how with all the social media these days the papers can even stay in business. Nothing like a good fake roster to get hits and talking going.

If he would consider a move there then it would be about money. If it's about money, we should open up the pocketbook and break that £50k a week thing we don't seem to want to pass. It's better to spend a bit more on wages and keep your best player than let him leave for under £10m and have to replace him. I would say the same thing about Dembele. If we lose both players, I will be right there with the pessimistic people and say we will be lucky to cracks the top ten.

If he goes to ANY club not playing Champions League this year, then it IS about the money. He says it's about playing Champions League. My money's still on the gooners.
