The media, by their nature, will tend to be Liberal. Their livelihood, after all, depends upon Freedom of the Press and Freedom of Speech, which Liberals will never touch, and which Conservatives try to limit.

I don't blame people for being self-preservationists; we as a voting populace just need to understand this and adjust our "media consumption" accordingly.

maybe i'm a purist but i dont think anyone in the media should be donating money to political organizations.

but here are some other interesting ones:

    Google: $32,225 (R); $125,885 (D)
    AOL: $2,300(R); $27,355(D)
    Microsoft: $25,488(R); $80,064(D) [almost 2/1 for hillary]

So those in control of the internet also are liberal. hmmm indeed.

Did you see Halliburton totals? It was almost even for a grand total of $1100 total given to dems and repubs. I guess they're too smart, or too stingy, to donate before the primaries are over. Get the biggest bang for your buck.

Um...sorry, Fog. I was deliberately trying to be non-confrontational with the post; I honestly don't see how there is anything "flamey" in what I wrote.

Because it's bullshit and opposite of reality? Unless you think the strategic 'F bomb' is 'freedom of speech'. Why not start a thread on it on 'anything goes'?
