new Fulham signing Jordan Rhodes?

Good old Wikipedia; He's a big kid; 6'2" and played on the Scotland U21 team w/6 goals in 7 appearances. He has made one senior appearance for Scotland, but can't imagine he would be called up for the US friendly since he's still playing for his club. Seems like this would be a very good investment.

 

Channel surfing and now watching the layoff final between Sheffield United and Hudderfield on FSC for no other reason than to see Rhodes. Score is 0-0 in the first half, and SheffU has been in control (can't believe they are down in League 1), and obviously planned their D around stopping Rhodes. Zero service and when they've had the ball down there 3 guys have been surrounding him. Kid does look pretty big though.

 

After watching about 20 minutes of him it's impossible to offer a decent evaluation other than he could hang physically for sure, but didn't appear to be a pacey kid. Not sure how much more I'd be willing to spend, but it will be interesting what he finally sells for.
