I can't help but laugh...

    every time I go on the Offal and read through the posts on the majority of those threads. Half the time it's because I have no idea what the hell "said poster" is saying. I don't know if this is just the way the English talk, or if half the people that post on there are high on pot. I just got done reading some thread entitled "2+2=???" that went off on some random odds for people possibly coming to the club in management/administrative roles, and then turned into some tangent about I don't know what. It reminds me of Karl Malone being interviewed and asked a question like "Your team had a 13 point lead in the 4th quarter but couldn't hold on, what happened?" and then Karl Malone answering "me and the guy come out to play hard, to win all these game, but sometime you dont'." In other words, I LMAO every time I read something on there cuz most of it makes no sense. Thank the heavens for FUSA. :banana:

    thought I just caught you over there, doggie. It's easier if you just accept that OW [aka Capt Mainwaring], FatFreddiesCat, and two or three others [including a couple of Americans] are just complete nutters. There's also some folks over there with significant anger issues. Having said all that, every time I spend an hour reading posts over there, I invariably find 1 of 150 that are thoughtful and sincere -- you know, sort of like 45 out of 50 on this site.

    I have long ago given up on finding ANY site based on any shared passion that will ever come close to this one.

    no question. but I still go over there and read them cuz sometimes I just need a good laugh, and it never fails!!!

    9 of 10 times I go to the offal forums, it's time that I will neevr get back, like watching all of Little Nicky or Hudson Hawk.

    That 1 of 150 is usually by WhiteWitch, I think.

    If you're looking for more FFC discussion besides here, you might be better off reading TFI instead, it's a bit higher level discourse.
