I'm leaving tomorrow for UK. I got tickets for the wigan game too!!!!

Any advice or previous experiences of the gameday?

I got row 3 GL section gl seats!

Welcome aboard flipguy, I'll leave it to the people on here who've been, but take plenty of photos, hit the Golden Lion before the match, and above all cheer on the lads, because we need those 3 points.

 

Hope you are checking the internet, if so, get to the Golden Lion pub before and after the match. There will be a Christmas party with beer and food and hopefully a celebration of 3 points!

I'm here in london. Yeah, i heard about the golden lion. I'll check it out. I'm gonna wear a fulham scarf, but would there be any trouble getting in? It sounds kinda exclusive, but I want to make the most out of this experience.

True? Sounds good. Hope it won't be too full. I read online that it fills up pretty good on match days. They're really hammering the pub for it's bad service and big crowds. Well, that should be interesting.

I'll be bringing my bro-in-law, lives in maidstone. I also wanna pick him up a Fulham scarf. They got places to buy fan stuff near the cottage for a good price? 15£ is kinda steep at their online club shop.

Do you know if they allow cameras in the Cottage? I wanna get some pics while i'm there.

Golden Lion is a must and you should probably show up a good 3 hours before the match starts. Anne is a gem and the entire staff at the GL are great. Best burgers I've had in a long time can be found at the GL and make sure you get to know some of the great Fulham supporters that frequent the pub. They are the best 'round.

At the match... I would say take plenty of pictures, don't be shy in belting out a song, get a Guinness behind the Riverside end at the half and if you are still hungry get a foot long hot dog.

Enjoy the match. Can't tell you how much I miss attending them.
