Yes. Personally I would still like to see Marlon here. I think we need multiple options and if McBride can get back this season, then we can have some good combinations of strikers to play with, and some better quality strikers coming off the bench.

I wonder if shortly after coming to Fulham Hodgson didn't phone MAF and tell him he had no viable Priemiership strikers and needed to sign at least 3 for any chance of avoiding relagation.

In a world where funds were not a problem I would love to see King and Cousin with EJ coming off the bench.

Ok.... if funds were truly not a problem I would like to see a pairing of Eto and Pato with Kaka thrown in at midfield.

He also injured a guy  I watched most the game, and it was weird. Imagine, Diomansy Kamara passing the ball, scoring goals, and making tackles! I'm hoping he'll be high in confidence when he returns.

Yes it is Beasely...thank you for pointing out that I'm an idiot. I wrote that at work and obviously meant Johnson. I kept going back and forth between my post and work.

And you are right...I meant to have Bullard play up top as an attacking mid with the diamond formation in the midfield and Andreason as a more defending mid as he played defender before coming here.

But it's always good to have somebody make sense of my incompatence. :D

I hope so too. I don't care if it means a 4-2-4 formation for 90 minutes, this team needs 3 in the worst way. Play Kamara-Johnson-King-Dempsey or whatever.

Worst case scenario? Kamara is a Senegalese Healy.

Nice idea, but I am not sure we need a kid with a confidence problem to be dropped into a team of strugglers.

I see Watford have issued a come and get King or forget it demand today as wel..

Uh oooooooooh...FIFA has the final say on Cousin

Apparently you can't play for three clubs in the same season and Cousin appeared for 20 minutes earlier in the season for Lens before being transfered to Gers.

Hopefully FIFA can be sensible as they have shown they can be...........at times.

Apparently we have also picked up Scott Dobie from Werder Bremen??? Was this part of the transfer of Andreasen??? Does anybody know about Dobie???

On Wiki there is an article about a guy named Robert Scott Dobie but it says nothing about him playing for Werder Bremen...somebody please help me!

That is the guy I found on Wiki so it is obviously not him going to Fulham...see this is exactly what you get when you read or hear anything from the Extra Sexual Party Network (ESPN)...

There is a guy in DeKalb with the last name Dobie who owns and operates the best bar at Northern Illinois University...Fatty's Pub and Grille...But despite the English spelling of 'Grille' I doubt he was bought by Fulham to save them from relegation.

looks like ESPN put the wrong column A with the wrong column B. Dobie went from Forest to Carlisle
Andreassen went from Werder Bremen to us

I guess the moral of the story is never let ESPN call in your Chinese take out order.

For what it is worth Sky sports is reporting Fulham are planning on upping the bid for Scharner.

Collins John is off to Watford on loan:

    http://www.fulhamfc.com/Club/News/NewsA ... dLoan.aspx

Now the way I see this there are a few scenearios that could happen:

John to Watford and King to us
John to Watford and King to Wigan
John to Watford, King to Wigan, Scharner to us

    Food for thought kids.
