Are there any Fulham fans who are going to be in New York on Sunday 8/12/07, watching the game @ Nevada Smiths? I will buy the first round. I don't want to be there alone, unless I have to.

    Hey man,
Get to Nevada Smiths at 7am and I can almost guarantee you won't be the only Fulham fan there. Sublicon and nmancini04 will be there along with a couple of others I'm sure...

I have some bad news.....according to a Setanta rep I spoke with this morning, Setanta does NOT have the rights to show this game. This is a Fox Soccer Channel game, but it looks as though they are NOT going to show it. Thus, we all might be out of luck.

More to come if and when I find out anything official from Fox Soccer Channel.

I checked the FSC broadcast schedule and the game is not listed. It is not listed on my pub's website as being broadcast, either. The pub I go to is full of Arsenal supporters...if they don't show it there, it may not be broadcast. That makes me very sad...anyway this could change?

If it's on I'll be at Nevada's. Thanks for the update on coverage, Tom.

I'm not waking up at 7 am for Fulham. I'm sorry but I need my sleep. Although I love Fulham, I REALLY need sleep this weekend.

    I'll be there as always.

I'll have a mustache and a jersey and I'll probably be very tired.

Heh. 7am on a Sunday? The morning after we're having a going-away party for a friend of mine who's going out of town for a month and a half to work on a presidential campaign? Yeah, I'll be tired too.

No mustache here. Last year's white jersey, Dempsey on the back.

My local soccer pub has it listed as well, but neither the FoxSoccer.com and Setanta websites have it listed. I would guess this match will somehow be shown, but it will be a last minute listing. I would plan on it being shown. That is what I am doing. If I hear anything I will be sure to update everyone.

I'll see if I can be there, but I doubt it. Saturday looks like a late night, and I am meeting someone late on Sunday morning. Sadly, obligations to people with cancer take priority even over the season opener.

Well, down here in South Texas, I'll be crawling out of bed to check it out at 0600 with GJ and hopefully somebody to talk to in the chatroom. I've got gigs Friday and Saturday night, but this is the start to the season. You can sleep a long time six feet under, dudes and dudettes! COYW!

I'm hoping to find a nice place to crawl in to around Columbus. Petty, any ideas or suggestions?

And on days I can't make it, aka military training, I shall be in the chat with everyone else!

Fado hasn't listed their Weekend schdule yet. I'm on their e-mail list for upcoming matches, so I'll post if there is a change.

So if the game is going to be shown, as their website states, I won't be the only one at Nevada Smith's. I will be the 6'4 spanish dude with a backwards hat and either their new kit (which I ordered last week) or last sesons home kit with McBride on the back. My name is Shaheed, so just introduce yourself and I will do the same, and I will buy you a pint of whatever it is you like to drink.

    Found this on soccerTV.com

    Sun Aug 12 03:55AM Pacific
    Sun Aug 12 04:55AM Mountain
    Sun Aug 12 05:55AM Central
    Sun Aug 12 06:55AM Eastern
Length: 2 hr 5 min LIVE
    FOXsoccer.com - Internet Broadband
    English Premier League
    Arsenal vs Fulham

Don't know if that means anything to anyone. I have no clue what it means.
