We may see the send to the 20 pd. fee for sending merchadise

to the US.
I voiced my concern to Fulham and something may have been done. Here is the email I received after voicing my anger about my 4 pd. flag that cost me 20 pds. to be sent, also thank you to whoever had the angry post about the tie they bought, I borrowed some of your anger and steam in your post!

"I have taken on board your concerns and going forward I will oversee shipping to the US myself. When an order is placed it is not immediately charged so it may say £20 shipping but if it is a small item I will endeavour to keep the postage to a minimum from our end.

There is no excuse for that amount, no matter the size of the item. Can you think of Anything you'd buy from a club that would exceed weight of packing material for other goods?

Seems to me that Fulham needs to establish a North American distribution center {partner}

I posted to the US from London before Christmas. I sent something that was 5 1/2 ounces, the envelope cost me 75p and the posting cost me £2.50. A grand total of £3.25 (google converts that to $7.65 USD). You were had.
