Potomac Fever

It's always interesting to see Brit impressions of US political agendas... in 'The Olden Days' we had Alistair Cooke's 'Letter from America' the radio show which started, I believe, in the very late thirties and remained popular through the sixties. It, looking back was no more than a 'radio blog' even more so than anything from Paul Harvey.

Now we have Matt Frei more or less 'blogging' on the BBC site, about the early positioning inthe 08 presidential race.

But evidently he could stand to get out in the hinterlands a little more:

Are you KIDDING ME?!!!!

The BEST thing that could have happened for the GOP candidates is for Bloomberg to run independent!

I guess he should read his own postings:

And guess where Mr Frei lives! Bloomberg is no 'Perot', unless you see him as the Perot antithesis.
