Ol' Steve is going to trot out the same XI as he did against Brazil.

I like Shorey continuing to fill left back but to leave out either Crouch, or Rooney, or both, is a poor choice for a team that needs offensive threats.

Preemptive: I realize Rooney is suspended, however, when he returns I believe McC should play him and Crouch up front and adjust accordingly thereafter. I thought Benetiz gaffed when he didn't bring Crouch in earlier during the CL final, and I think Mr. McClaren should put Crouch on for at least a half. Owen has barely returned, and would be better placed as a substitute. Smith should be nowhere in the first XI, even with Rooney suspended. Jermaine Dafoe is a better choice up front in my rambling opinion.

You have one of the best crossers of the ball in the game in Beckham, why in the world would you NOT start Crouch? He's got his limitations, but he's a great target man with an absolute hunger for goals. Never mind that he looks like a cross between a spavined stork and Mr. Potato Head!

I along with every Liverpool supporter under the sun would agree with that.

Yes, Crouchy does look like a retarded ostrich, but he is a fantastic striker and I can't name another player in the world who can cause the same problems for defenses that he can. (Jan Koller is a stretch) McClaren is making a mistake by leaving him out of the starting XI, but there is enough talent up top to get a result against Estonia though.

I read on Sky or the BBC earlier that Dyer was going to be the starting RB. Bit of a stretch for me. Not where I would have him play. Odds are fat frank will be right along the greatest player in england's side, which shouldn't continue.

    Prediction... England 2-0 Estonia

My prediction for the Brazil game was perfect until Diego had to go nip a goal at the death. Those Bremen lads I tell ya.
