As a player (from Chicago), it started with McBride to Fulham, my best man lives in Belgravia, then it snowballed from there. Funny thing is, besides the US national team, I know nothing of US soccer!

Well the MLS is continually growing and whatever matches you can watch of the MLS please do so. Toronto, New York Red Bulls and the New England Revolution are exciting sides that score loads of goals. Several of the U20's and USMNT players are in the MLS. Worth a watch IMO.

Great to hear McBride brings yet another fan to the Whites.

Funny, that was my nickname for high school soccer, as I seemed to be able to keep my footing when everyone around had fallen. Of course, staying on my feet while being jostled was the ONLY thing I could do, couldn't pass, head the ball, or tackle . . .

Tks guys... prob going to catch Red Bulls at Meadowlands vs. Galaxy (people are suddenly interested cause of Beckham, imagine that). My first MLS game, going with my team. Lemme now if anyone wants to meet up for a swifty... what ever happened to Nogoodboyo?!
