    Crew in the Crapper

Because, sometimes a bit more balance in what everyone reads is needed.

    From BigSoccer:

    Crew 0 - 1 Wizards:

The high point of this game was the brunette with the white tank top and excellent rack on the sidelines for the Crew throw in the 82nd minute. This is the kind of game that as a soccer fan, makes me want to gouge my eyes out. Wizards get 15 shots and only manage to get 4 on goal while the Crew only manage 5 shots for the whole game. And to top that, your 65th minute sub, Guillermo Barros Schelotto is responsible for half of your 4 shots on goal. Speaking of Schelotto, he commented in the post game that he's glad he got to debut for the Crew in the closed door scrimmage against the Wizards and that he can't wait to play a league game in front of fans. Hopefully Sigi will explain to him that was a good attendance showing for Kansas City. Anyway, Jose Burciaga Jr., who's usually good for about 4 late game goals per year, took a bouncer deep in the Crew half, dribbled a couple of Crew players who were standing around, and blasted a ball with his left foot to the right corner of the Crew goal for the game winner.

Sigi needs to find a way to get some scoring going because Eddie Gaven can't be bothered to hit a shot less than 25 feet high. Schelotto looks to be a good solution as long as the rest of the Crew get on the same page as him, because none of them were on Saturday.

    RE: Crew in the Crapper

It was barren out there, for sure... wonder whose idea it was to play the game at noon local. Now check the MLS sced and see how many are sched for noon local

The play wasnt that bad, the defending for the Crew and KC wasnt that bad, either.

Gaven however IS a problem. When he came over from NY last year we wondered why the hell Sigi got him... he hasnt gotten a lot better.

As to the match review... the shortened form of the site-name BS, is fitting for some of them.

Imagine Realistic writing a Fulham match report.
