FulhamUSA is happy to announce that Fulham Football Club is hosting a U.S.A. Day at Craven Cottage on Bank Holiday Monday (9th April – 3pm kick off) when Fulham take on Manchester City.

This is a great opportunity for yanks living in London or making the trip from the other side of the pond, to see Americans Carlos Bocanegra, Clint Dempsey and Brian McBride who are all involved with the Fulham First Team, live in Premier League action.

This Bank Holiday event sponsored by American Airlines, our official airline partner, will include pre-match flight giveaways and a chance to win a Fulham shirt signed by all the club’s three American players.

Our special offer for this fixture is kids’ tickets are just £5 and adult tickets have been reduced to just £15!!*

Simply fill out the order form below (linked as a pdf) and send it back with all the orders by Friday March 31st. (Checks to be made payable to Fulham Football Club). Alternatively, you can fax the form back to us (0207 384 4810). We’ll send the tickets out directly to you in time for the game.”

Here is the form for tickets:

I wasn't able to print the pdf form. My son and I would like tickets, we're coming from Florida. I have a credit card ready.

Also, I called the Fulham ticket office, they weren't aware of the discounted tickets for Americans...tried to charge me 30 quid for an adult...

Let me know what I can do. Perhaps you can fax for me?

    Cheers,
    Stephen

I am sorted w/ tickets, we'll be at the Cottage for the pregame party.

Any other Americans attending or is just us?

    Hello Leedar,
I personally know of a few others who have also bought tickets through this scheme although as for a total, I'm not sure. I'll ask Fulham and get back to you if you like.

Have you received your tickets yet and/or any other details from FFC yet? I only ask since I've been away with work for a bit and have not had a chance to email the club yet.

    Hi Mike,
The Fulham ticket office said they will hold at will call. Where is the will call in relation to the cottage? The tickets are in the Stevenage Rd. stand, I hope that it's not an obstructed view. Find out how many Americans are coming over, just for curiosity. Is there going to be an actual Yank reception at the Cottage itself pregame?

At least 4 of us are coming in from Florida and we are picking up 2 more in London. We had already bought tickets before this scheme was introduced.

    Where are we tailgating?

Cool, I'm flying out of PBI tomorrow. I'll check back to see if we've decided on a tailgate spot. I checked the weather, looks like we've picked a great weekend! I'll be checking emails after I get "In country" so let us know.

Did anyone sort out a tailgate spot? Or anyone care to meet at a local pub? I'm attending the match and would like to meet a few FulhamUSA'ers beforehand. Please let me know. We can use my back garden if needed.

We had great tickets on the 3rd row up from the pitch at about the 18yd line. We didn't get there until gametime kickoff so we didn't see any gathering of folks for the USA day. Did anyone get the American Airlines giveaways? We got Demarcus's autograph but that's all!!

    USA day

...On a day that heralded my 40th year as a supporter of Fulham I can only feel sorry for all you septics who attended for such an abysmal performance by the team; I feel mostly sorry for Mike and Tom who have put heart and soul into their promotion of our lovely club, their problem is that they have caught the bug, and there is no cure.

I hope those who attended received a good reception from the club and us Brits and that they are not too disheartened by events. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger...

    Re: RE: USA day

I don't think he was aware of the USA day, since he plays for ManCity. I was with my son, so we thought we'd stick around afterward to see who we could see. We gathered around the Man City bus along w/ about 75 other fans and caught Demarcus coming out of the locker/cottage area. There were some other Americans there calling him over and he seemed to respond well to hearing all of the American fans around. We also went to the Chelsea/Tottenham game and were around on Friday for Chelsea's training. We got Lampard and Drogba at that....so it was a big weekend for the nipper.
