Glen, I love the avatar as I am a huge David Brent fan, but can you make it smaller so it does not take up the whole screen?

Glen, I'm deleting that image. If you're using windows, go to http://www.rw-designer.com/picture-resize

dowload the application to your desktop, rename it {right-click, rename} to:

PhotoResize200.exe

and drag that picture file over it. hit enter. it will automatically resize to 200 pixels wide, which is our suggested maximum.
Note: the resulting file will be named xxx-200

You can then upload it again
