Snow has arrived in London, and with it, it brings the chaos of unleashing a fox in a pit of rabbits.

I noticed, over Christmas, that when it snowed in New York the denizens managed to continue with their usual business - only slightly hindered by the weather. How does a capital city of a major industrial nation cope? By sitting down and giving up! The roads are unusable, the trains stop running and the adults forget what it's like to be a kid and want to play in snow!

It snows a couple of times a year so you would have thought that we would be prepared. No chance.

The major concern is that the game against Stoke will be affected, hopefully the snow will go in 24 hours as we don't want anything that may level the playing surface.

Nothing new or unique, there, GBFC!

When I was stationed near Wash. DC, used to be highly amused when 1 inch was treated as if it were a 'blizzard'.

But even in Ohio where there may be twenty snowfalls a winter or just two; if more than a couple weeks have passed since the last one, people have to 'learn to drive' in it all over again.
