Note that, RIGHT OFF, the dead guy is presumed innocent until found guilty, while the home owner is guilty by association.. with AK-47

'ALLEGEDLY terrorized'!!!! 'reportedly sprayed...'

So... the ONE thing they KNOW for sure is he came to the house.

But the cops dont yet know for sure that he is the one who sprayed the house with bullets? - Sounds like HE had an assualt rifle, too then.. what kind?
If he threw the whiskey bottle through the window, it should have had his prints on it.. they havent discerned that?

No... if we were fair... wouldnt it be 'allegedly' or 'reportedly' shot the guy?
So, if he had shot the guy with the .22 rifle I had as a kid, would they have mentioned it was semi-automatic?

Now...let me get this straight... the shooter was TALKING to 911 while the home invader was outside, 'allegedly' or 'reportedly' doing something to make the guy afraid enough to call 911?
If you feel you are in danger, enough to call 911, wouldnt it be fair to say you are being terrorized? Without a modifier?

I'd LOVE to hear what advice the 911 operator gave the guy

The right was there from the first settlers, until maybe the last 40 or so years!
