But the 3 judge panel in San Francisco didnt do much better.

However the whole thing is the outgrowth on Congress sticking their noses where oversight is not needed. It all stems from the Barry Bonds stink.

In FACT the whole drugs/steroids thing is being fought out quite nicely in the press and the court of public opinion.
But the government doesnt trust YOU to influence your sports.. after all THEY are the ELECTED elite.

I only wish that this wasnt being fought out in the Ninth CA region. They arent known as the 9th Circus for nothing.
