NCAA conference championships/bowl season

    Now, I did not see our loss to Rovers this morning, but I can't imagine that the match was any uglier than the ACC championship game. Bad weather, even worse play overall. I stopped watching the game and turned on the DVD player to watch the second season of Da Ali G Show instead.

    Really, it's astonishing that one of these teams are going to a BCS bowl -- put either of those teams in a stronger conference, and they'll struggle to reach the .500 record for the season.
