Public apology to Don...

    ..On the point in contention, on which I treated a good natured point he made as a repudiation of my contradicting point on the French contribution to the American Revolution..

    Mea Culpa!

    It had turned from a rant on French official polities, to a good natured ribbing of them... and Don, always the more sensitive muppet, was 'building the traditional bridge'.

    While I still treated it as a debating point... and I was wrong.

    Don is a LOT different than me... have you noticed?
