    Nine state approve eminent-domain measures
    Well the people WIN! Except in California.. where they always look for how they can tax the big rich companies SOME MORE. Esp helps when those big rich companies are more than willing.

    More on Gay Marriage/civil Unions.. later unless you guys would post results and views as to what the individual state votes meant.
