Justice Scalia and the Tequila Question

Let me get this straight... some guy is under supervised early release, was deported to mexico, and filed a petition for relief from terms of the release.. on the precept that SOMEHOW his US parole authority might learn he drank in Mexico, and SOMEHOW he might re-enter the US and then be prosecuted for parole violation!!!!

And the brouhaha is over Scalia using '.. drink tequila'.

Yep, sounds racist to me. And, if that's the case, reason for a whole NEW round of court processes!!!
    Oh, Brave New World!

    RE: Wasting the USSC

Let me get this straight...some idiot in Mexico hired a lawyer to go to the US Supreme Court to argue that his case wasn't moot for violating parole? This idiot deserves to go to back to jail, but not on the basis of drinking alcohol and violating his terms of release. He deserves to be locked up for being idiot who can make a simple descisions for his own good. A fool and his money is soon parted, indeed.
