I don't think it is a new website, but just the reopening to the Fulham FC TV. Strange not to have that up and running so soon to the start of the season....then again, strange not to have the Kits on the backs of the fans, for the start of the season too....

I remember last season FulhamTV was launched either the day before or the day of the first game and came without much warning if any at all.

Yeah, Fulham is supposed to be getting a new website and messageboard from my understanding of the Offal messageboard. Hmm...I suppose I shouldn't talk it us ages to get our office's website launched, technical difficulties and such. :(

    Yeah... rollouts are a bitch!

And considering the past performances of the Fulham construction crews.... let's say it's a lesson: "Good intentions amount to diddly-squat"!

I was able to log in a couple of hours ago; the site is now down for me as well.

I can't get a link to Fulham TV to work. I tried for yesterday's game and got nothing and now I'm hoping to get it before Wednesday's match. Anyone had any luck with this?

It works fine for me. You did register and pay for the service, right? :?

No, that's the point. I attempted to register but I can't even get to a registration page. Clicking the "sign up for Fulham TV" link just re-routes me to the main page.

hmm...maybe a browser issue? Are you using Firefox, I couldn't use that browser last year for Fulham TV and had to rely on IE. Other than that, beats the heck outta me?

OK I got it to work. It's an issue with their busted links from their news releases. If you go to Bolton Commentary, then click the link at the bottom of the article that says "See subscription packages" or whatever, it redirects you, but if you go to the Fulham TV link at the top it works.

At least I'm not going insane.

Now I just need to decide if that $75 is better spent elsewhere... or not spent at all. I think some research is in order. If I can freeload off of the opposition's commentary like with Man U for the games that aren't on FSC I don't think I can rationalize the $75... at least until the shock of my most recent credit card bill wears off.

As I like to point out -- always at long distance -- just because there's an explanation, it doesn't mean that you're not going insane!

Yes $75.00 to listen to a match is a steep price to pay and FFC doesn't even archvie it so I could listen to Wednesday match after I get home from work..... Really, Really dumb.... My old high school does all of it's football and basketball games via the web, and archives them so you can listen to them anytime. I belive if a High School could do it a proffessional team could......

Yeah if they're already streaming the audio anyway it would take about 2 minutes to create an "archives" page and make the audio available on demand. I'm shocked they don't do that already.

Looks like I'll save my money and follow the games on ESPN Gamecast that aren't on FSC.

Gamecast is an awfully painful way to "watch" a soccer game though... We'll see if I cave come Wednesday afternoon.

Even an Old Guy could figure that one out.

Technologically and marketing wise, I have a bit of a feeling that the European's (or at least the English) are not quite up to where us Yanks are. You should see how some of these luddites pine away on the new FFC messageboard for the old one dimesional offering. On second thought, don't. It's pathetic. Functionally, it's not much different than what is here. And I really enjoy what is here. (But I am always open to ideas.)

Years ago they did archive the Audio but they found that no one used it since after a day, you could sit and watch the highlights via FulhamTV.

Although, I believe they should offer a month subscription like they did last year but I think its an issue with the provider and not Fulham.

I still say listening to Gentleman Jim is worth the price of admission.
