Anyone have Sirius Radio? I got it for Howard Stern and its great. Sirius also has EPL games and World Soccer Daily which makes it even better.

Oddly enough kw, I won a free Sirius Satellite radio in August of last year along with a free 3-month subscription, but I have not activated it yet. Kind of strange on my part, but I am waiting to get it installed in my car and I have been too lazy to do it. Outside of my car and at work, I do not listen to the radio much.

How much is one of those players where you can just place the actual radio receiver into speakers to play at different places? Are those expensive?

The boom box is expensive at $100, but if you put the radio in your car you dont need to buy anything. If your a Howard Stern fan then sirius is the greatest thing.

Sirius also has BBC Radio 1, but on a 5 or 6 hour time delay so it matches up better with the US (so Chris Moyles show will actually air in the morning etc etc). I dig Radio 1.

I love the hell out of the SIRIUS satelitte. I had an unfortunate event in January as a deer had decided to commit suicide by traffic and ran into the side of my car as I was going 80 mph. It sucked. But to brighten my day a friend of mine had gone off to the Domenican Republic and let me borrow her car. She had the SIRIUS radio and it was the best thing... no signals to lose, no fuzz, constant music, almost no commercials, genre based music stations, clear sports casting, comedy, and more...

    Its great!

    P.S.

    I dont get a commission.

I'll add my endorsement of Sirius. I got a year free with my Jeep and I liked so much I decided to renew. No commercials, edited songs or signal loss (unless you're in a parking garage). It's fantastic. And the EPL matches are icing on the cake.
