Hey Guys!!!

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am a 34 year old teacher/coach in Texas. I am a new convert to Soccer ( or football to be correct) I have been watching the World Cup and and have gotten hooked. I am learning more and more each day. I am not totally new to soccer as I played from the ages of 5 until 14 years of age. I loved the game but gave it up to concentrate on baseball in high school. Since then I had forgotten all about soccer. Well now I am hooked. I live in Frisco Tx so I hve FC DAllas real close to home. I came across the site researching a team to follow from my ancestors hometown. Like alot of folks I am chose the Fulham club because of the USA players on the team. In the end though it doesn't really matter how I got here as long as I am here now. I look forward to meeting you guys and cannot wait for the new season to start. I hope we kill Chelsea.

Well looks like we are both newbies! Like I said in my intro thread, I've read this site for some time now and am now thoroughly hooked on Fulham and FulhamUSA!

Some very friendly folks around these parts who never turn down a debate from what I've seen! The USA guys brought me here also but even when they leave, I'll be FFC.

Welcome to FulhamUSA Chris! As a Fulham supporter you have the right idea in your above statement. Fulham supporters must hate Chelsea!! That is why March 19th, 2006 is a date Fulham supporters will not soon forget when our beloved Whites knocked off Chelsea 1-0. It was the first win over Chelsea since 1979. Let's hope there is another in store this season.

First Florida was a hot bed for Fulham fans and now Texas...must be the water, or the Hurricanes!
