haha, thanks Heather. That was classic.

Edit: I just wanted to note that we do have something in common. I loved RBI baseball for Nintendo.

That's cool. Now I want to spend the rest of the day playing my NES emulators.

Of course the new Nintendo system, just announced as officially being named Wii (pronounced "wee"), will have the entire back catalog of nintendo games available. Nice idea, crap name.

My favorite baseball game on old school Nintendo was Baseball Stars or Bad News Badeball. Old school Nintendo was the best!

We'll have to get you an emulator for your computer Tom. And wasn't that game, Baseball Superstars??

As for RBI baseball, when I was younger, my brother-in-law and I played it so much in a week that we burned the image of the batter right on to his projection TV. Doh!

    THANKS!!!

PS: During this inning, the Diamondvision inadvertantly flashed "Congratulations Red Sox", which was soundly booed.

And to think: I actually was rooting hard for the Sahx in 2004. Guess I'll have to burn that Ft. Myers Spring Training t-shirt.
