Sorry I didn't take any at the Golden Lion. Sorry, too, I didn't make it back there for the post-match; looks like it was quite a doozy.

(Is there any truth to the rumor that the G.L. is to close to become a wine bar?)

 

Golden Lion Closing

That is 100% fact. The Golden Lions last 'hoorah' will be on Feb. 11th before the West Brom match.

The Pub is turning in to one of those trendy Wine Bar places even though many of the fans have been fighting this since October.

No worries though, The Cottage Pub in Fulham will be the new Fulham members pub and, in actuality, it was the members pub before fans switched to the Lion. Tom, his brother and Smokin should remember this place since it was the pub we went to when we went to pick up our match tickets last year.

I do remember this pub and liked it a lot. Nice, cozy place to enjoy some drinks and it is only a hop, skip and a jump from the Cottage. I can't wait to get back there!!!
