A Fulham History Compilation Video

This one has been in the works by me for a while now and it was finished last night.

It can also be found in our downloads sections but I've put together a Fulham History Compilation video. Its 35 megs big and about 5 and a half minutes long.

Brought a lump to my throat and a tear to my eyes, mate...bloody brilliant to see. Especially liked all the old footage and the bit with the fans sitting up on the advertising hoardings. Why can't the club do stuff like this? You make them look like a bunch of 2nd rate amateurs. If you weren't already spoken for, I think I'd marry you.

Thanks guys...I had no idea people would like it that much. It took about 3 months to complete but was well worth it.

I agree Glen, my favorite parts were the fans going mental after the 1st of the goals from '75 and then the pics of the guys literally sitting on top of those giant advertising.

To be realistic, the club could never do something like this since they would have to do everything legally which means pay for the rights of every pic and clip that was used.

I'm not sure I will ever make another compilation DCH, I don't think I could out do this one.

nice, what a lot of work went into that - KUDOS to PB et al!!!!

but it points out the need for me to get a new used vid card for my legacy PC..

compilation - the meanings

Thanks again for the compliments...

Many of us yanks don't realize the signifigance of the last two goals at the end. I would rather an explanation come from someone who was a fan back in '75 but I'll give it a go.

The last two goals were two of some of the most important goals in Fulham's history. There were during the semi-finals of the FA Cup and put us in to our first FA Cup final match.

Look at the crowd after the first one...NUTS!!!

I figured that was what they were. I watched it once just to watch it, and then watched it again just to see the crowds reactions to all of the goals.

That was an absolutely magnificent video. I've watched my fair share of footie videos before, but this is one of the greatest that I've seen.

Very well done!

 

Finally was able to watch this last night. You did a fantastic job! That and I now have another song (Audioslave--Man or Animal) that I will have to put on my iPod!

Words alone cannot express what came over me when I watched your video, I think everything I would like to say has already been said, But I would just like to add my...THANK YOU!

it brought back a lot of old memories and the Goals from John Mitchell against Birmingham in the Semi Finals will always go down in Fulham history so I'm pleased that they were included. The second which took us to Wembley took FOREVER to cross the line.
Great footage too in Black & White not sure why Tommy Steele was pictured in the Fulham goal? Anyone
