First Fulham now the Jets...I really know how to pick a team huh. At least Fulham made it to the premiership after watching years of shite. I hold out less hope that the Jets will make it to the superbowl in my lifetime.

exactly... after the td, cincy would have had the ball back, and might very well have scored on that drive, anyway... thus 7points

But its more fun to blame the refs when your team stinks.

ah... but they didnt really 'stink'. The Bengals just won a game they should have won.... and bear in mind that the previous two years -under Marvin- have seen the Bengals improve greatly in the second half of the season.
Note they have mostly solved the 'dumb penalties' problems of the first few games.

Nice to see that Peyton finally broke the curse of the Colts vs Pats. 40-21

He still needs to beat them in the playoffs. The Patriots defense is pitiful right now. Their offense is fine, but unless that defense does not improve, this team may not even make the playoffs.

Competely agree as a Pats fan. You can't make the playoffs 4th choice DBs and Safeties. But, hey, three Superbowls in 4 years is fine by me. I've been spoiled as a Pat's fan.

Although, I think AFC East is bit weak this year and the Pats could still win their division. If they do make the playoffs, they won't go far.

Michael Vick is one of the best QB in the NFL Pettyfog give the man some credit.

Living in Nashville is not easy with The Titans and they are certainly living upto their name this year?...

Vick sucks!! I can't wait until December 18th when the Bears embarass him on national TV. I will call it right now that Mike Vick will never win a Super Bowl playing Quarterback.

Yes, he is fast. Yes, he has a good arm. But for some reason it does not seem to add up with him. I do not believe all the hype and press about Ronnie Mexico. Has he ever thrown for 300 yards? Has he ever gone through an entire season healthy?

Mike and Marcus are both overrated and the sports media needs to quit humping both of them. Marcus bit the dust last Saturday against Miami. He was brutal in cased you missed it. I want both of these two clowns to fail. Not because I have a problem with them, but because of all the notoriety and press they get.

I'd take that bet in vegas in a heartbeat. I agree that his fundamentals are not the best, but he's got the ability to turn a broken play into a 40 yard gain.

And the Falcons would be as good with Matt Schaub as Vick. That is a solid team, and i agree that Vick gets a lot of undue credit for the success of that team, but he's going to win himself a couple of superbowls.

Cash, I will make a bet with you my friend. What kind of a wager do you want to put on it? $50??

I agree that Schaub could do quite well with this team. He can throw the ball well and seems capable of leading this team. The Falcons success comes the same way the Bears does, via the defense. If that defense is not as strong as they are, the offense would not be able to carry the load much as the Bears would not be able to.

I don't mind Michael Vick, I do mind the circus of media and people that surround Michael Vick that claim he is the be all end all quarterback. The hype machine has run its course with this guy. I am tired of it.

Everybody knocks Vick for his low passing yardage or crap QB rating, but those only tell half of the story. How many QBs have ever rushed for 900 yards in a season? Most are lucky to post positive rushing yardage at all. How many other QBs are a threat to score every time they touch the ball? Vick creates huge problems for defenses that no other QB does. Plus, he is only 25. He is still learning how to work within the offensive system, and the coaches are still learning how best to use him. With a little more time and a couple good receivers, the Falcons offense will be awesome.

The Falcons organization already considers Vick a huge success, regardless of what happens on the field. He has re-energized the franchise and brought back the fans. Season ticket sales went way up when Vick was drafted and most games are sold out before the season starts. It wasn't too long ago when that was unheard of in Atlanta. Vick jerseys are flying off the racks. It may be the best-selling jersey in the entire NFL. I think I heard that somewhere, but I may be wrong. He has a tremendous impact on the bottom line, and it only gets better with every win.

The Falcons will smack the Bears down hard next month. The Bears defense will have plenty of opportunities to admire the back of that #7 jersey as they chase Vick into the endzone!

I'd take that bet tom, but its going to be a weird one, its quite possible that Vick will win Superbowl L in 2015.

vick does not make that team, nor did he make the VT team that made it to the Championship game his sophmore year. Both teams are built to run well and play good defense. Vick is adequate as a passer, and i think people love him still because of that OT scramble he had against the Vikings two years ago. Speaking of which, what the hell happened to mnlandshark?

Okay, we will bet $50 on Vick winning the Super Bowl. His team has to win the Super Bowl, not just get there.

Vikings will come back and challenge the Bears for the NFC North. We lost Culpepper, but Brad Johnson can be efficent and make things work. Most of all I'm anti Tice; I blame him for the Vikings' on-field problems.
