By the way, there have been several justices in the past who have not come from the bench... just as there's no criteria as such for congress (though guess WHO wants to make it a must to have a LAW and/or Poli Sci degree), neither is there a threshold for who service on SCOTUS

 

I'm think Judicial experience is a must... but then again it could just be laughed at and turned down after it gets to committee...

Find me a neo con and I'll give them a visual... or a facial... depending on how I feel of course.
