Others, especially those living in SW London would give you a better idea...but to save money, a lot of liquor stores have sales on Saturdays just for Football matches. You can generally get a few pint cans for a pound to chug on the way to the pub before the match. That'll save you quite a bit of money, but i'm also cheap.
The Golden Lion seems to be a fan favorite. There is also a pub called, "The Cottage:" not too far from the ground. Have fun at the match and send us your pictures when you get back.
